In my nearly 20 years as a Registered Nurse and executive leader, I've always felt a connection with older adults. I've found that seniors and their loved ones often struggle to be heard in a growing, complex healthcare system. That's why I have dedicated my career to bringing compassionate care, advocacy, and support to aging adults, wherever they call home. 
 
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of serving older adults across the full continuum of aging -- from active 55+ communities to rehabilitation, hospice, memory care, and assisted living. I've learned that exceptional care is about more than clinical expertise. It is about advocacy, communication, problem solving, and knowing that no detail is too small when it comes to maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life.  

Through Heart & Hammer, I bring together clinical expertise, real-world problem solving, and a deeply personal approach to aging in place.  I have built a curated network of trusted partners who share my passion for providing the highest level of care for older adults, their homes, and the people who love them.
